CRM fail

As far as CRM recruitment programs go, this invitation I got for Samsung Fun Club's member-get-member program is a major fail. It has an ok incentive (party with your pals at the Embassy) but the registration process was totally discouraging. 


First it required me to "Join SFC Now!" even if I was already a member (I got the SFC email duh!). Then it asks that I send an email to Customer Service and inform them of the names and usernames of those I recruited. Tsk tsk tsk They could have just asked me for email refferrals and did system matching internally. Type in the email adds of 4 friends with Samsung phones and wait for them to tell me I won. Yawn!
